Yoga Flow part 2 - Continuation from the flow part 1
Hi peeps, this is the 2nd part of my yoga flow and it flows directly from yoga flow part 1.
It is slightly more advanced than the flow part 1, but there are options. Especially the end of flow part 2 - Bird of paradise! Now that’s a very advance pose!
You can try attempt the parsva konasana - side angle stretch or side angle pose, and if you are feeling adventurous, you can try the bird of paradise pose!
Parsva - side. Kona - angle. Asana - pose.
