About her…
Theresia is a unique individual who has passion in yoga, ballet, barre, aikido and recently photography. She is an IT geek, working as IBM MQ & WebSphere Technical lead, supporting a Government client in Sydney Australia.
With her passions, she is also currently teaching yoga, ballet, barre across various studios in Sydney.
YOGA: She is a Level 2 Yoga Australia registered and has completed her 500 HR yoga teacher training.
BALLET: She has been doing ballet since very little and continues her passion to teach ballet since 2013. She is a qualified R.A.D Royal Academy of Dance ballet teacher and has been teaching RAD syllabus across multiple ballet schools since 2015.
BARRE: She is a Level 2 Barre attack instructor and has been teaching barre - which compliments her ballet teaching, since 2014.
AIKIDO: She is an active aikido practitioner and started aikido since 2011. She received her 2nd Dan in 2019 and 3rd Dan in 2024. She is the founder for UTS Aikido dojo in 2024.
Photography: She has recently modelled for a known photographer for his upcoming ballet exhibition and since then, she has developed passion for photography and learning all things photography from the other side of the lens.
