After being pregnant 2.5 years ago, I found that my body was very stiff and tight, almost lost all the strength and flexibility.
I decided to do yoga every day (after 6 weeks of giving birth), even a 15 min practice was better than nothing. I was struggling and couldn't do most of the poses. (of course not, as I was still recovering from my pregnancy 😅).

But I believe that consistency was the key to slowly gaining my flexibility and strength.
I believe in daily practice to imprint and make permanent.
So I started creating my own flow, that I would practice every day., every s.i.n.g.l.e day. The same flow. Yes.

Here is the link to Flow # 1:

In this video Theresia demonstrates a quick and easy yoga flow. This is the first part of her master yoga flow that she loves to do every day and that she lo...

I was struggling and couldn't do most of the poses. (of course not, as I was still recovering from my pregnancy 😅). The flow created was a L.O.N.G ..one, on purpose, so that I would tap into simpler yoga poses and also more advance poses and practice them everyday.

Every morning, I would stick to doing this flow,so that I don't have to think or create new flow yoga routines all the time. When I first started doing it, it took it almost 2.5 hours. 😂😅ðŸĪŠ.

I call this the Flow and Glow by Theresia. Because the Flow connects movement with your breath...and you Glow afterwards 👍🙏😂.

Since it is a long one, I have broken it into 4 flows. Flow 1 till Flow 4.
It starts with easier poses, and then somewhat progress into more advance poses.
This is flow number 1. There are 4 flows to my master flow.
The master flow is actually a combination of these mini yoga flows, that started with simple yoga poses and then built to more advance poses.

Enjoy it and try ..? (Make sure you breathe..😅🙏👍)

Or at least view it so you know what I have been practising for the past 2 years.
Following this blog, I will post the Deep Dive for flow # 1, explaining and diagnosing in detail, the yoga poses from flow #1 and things that you should be aware of while doing the poses.

"Daily practise makes permanent". And "your result is directly proportional to your effort".

(No excuses. You can ALWAYS MAKE TIME!)
.
These 2 sentences drove me to doing this every day Yes every single day, same poses, same flow.

🙏👍.
Flow #2 is coming up soon in the next blog.
Remember there are flow #3 and #4.
Happy practicing!
